Thomas Higdon serves as the Office Administrator at Christian Temple, where he supports the day-to-day operations of the church office and helps keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. With a background in nonprofit leadership, community organizing, and administrative management, Thomas brings both experience and a heart for service to his role. He enjoys being part of a welcoming and vibrant church community and is committed to ensuring that members and visitors alike feel supported and cared for.
In addition to his work at Christian Temple, Thomas is the Executive Director of the Maryland Alliance for Sensible Drug Policy, a nonprofit that advocates for drug policies rooted in dignity, health, and compassion. His work in this role is deeply informed by lived experience and a commitment to uplifting the voices of people most impacted by these issues.
Thomas lives in Baltimore County with his wife, Kathryn, his stepson, Parker, and their dog, Luna. He’s a humanist, a member of the Towson Unitarian Universalist Church, and enjoys reading, swimming, biking, and running.
